Notice of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Brussels regarding the submission of consular legalization requests

All documents intended for consular legalization introduced by Chinese and foreign citizens must be issued by Belgian institutions (such as, civil registry office of City Hall, court, school, hospital, police station, sworn translator, etc. ...) or by Belgian notaries. These documents issued by a Belgian institution or by a Belgian notary must be sent to the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for legalization before being delivered to our Center for consular legalization.

The Chinese Embassy in Belgium does not accept consular legalization requests for documents issued by third countries.
